TEACHING
Empowering potential.
Sanjeev Bhanot’s mission is empowering potential - supporting people see and step into who they can truly become when they dare to unfold. With a presence that is both grounding and uplifting, he creates a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and free to explore their inner landscape.
Guided by deep intuition and an unwavering belief in human capacity, Sanjeev gently reveals the strengths people often overlook in themselves. He doesn’t tell them who to be - he reflects back who they could be when fear gives way to possibility. In his presence, growth feels not only achievable, but inevitable.
Sanjeev has a rare ability to see deep within a person - to sense what is unspoken yet essential. His teaching style is rooted in authenticity and often delivered with a sense of humor that dissolves tension and opens hearts. Rather than providing ready-made answers, he enables people to discover their own, unlocking insight through questions, awareness, and presence.
His coaching-style trainings make ancient yogic concepts not just understandable, but experiential, tangible, and immediately applicable to modern life.
Drawing from a rich background - growing up in the yogic tradition of India, combined with insights from yoga therapy, psychology, neuroscience, and coaching tools - his teachings offer more than inspiration; they offer transformation.
Whether someone is navigating a life transition, crisis, burnout, depression, or simply feeling stuck, Sanjeev’s work brings clarity, fresh perspective, and a renewed sense of direction.
Dedicated to sharing this integrative approach with the world, Sanjeev began training yoga teachers over 25 years ago. He went on to found Yogalife International, an organization that has since trained more than 3,000 yoga teachers globally.
Through Yogalife International, his mission continues to ripple outward - bridging ancient wisdom with contemporary insight, and cultivating a global community of empowered, embodied teachers and practitioners.
