Bali Retreats 2026

Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Booking

All registrations are subject to organizer acceptance.

To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit (amount specified in booking confirmation) is required.

Full payment must be completed latest by the specified due date before the retreat begins. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of your place - no participation will be allowed without full payment.

2. Payment & Fees

Fees are based on the price listed at the time of booking.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust fees at any time prior to final payment.

Any administrative or bank transfer fees (e.g., reverse-charge VAT) must be borne by the participant.

If paying in installments is permitted, an administration fee applies. Late payments may incur interest (e.g., 1% per month) or legal action, at the organizer’s discretion.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participant Cancellations:

  • Cancellations before the retreat start may be allowed according to insurance coverage - the deposit and any administrative fees are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are provided if the participant cancels after the retreat has begun.

Organizer Cancellations or Modifications (Force Majeure):

  • The organizer may cancel or modify the retreat due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, tropical storms, volcanic eruptions, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions, or political unrest.

  • In the event of such cancellation, the organizer will not provide refunds directly. Participants must claim compensation through their travel/retreat insurance.

  • The organizer may, at its discretion, offer rescheduled dates or a credit toward a future retreat.

4. Insurance

It is the sole responsibility of each participant to arrange their own travel and cancellation insurance. This should cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, natural disasters, pandemics, medical expenses and medical evacuation or retreat cancellation. Proof of insurance is not required by us, but we strongly advise securing it before booking flights and making final payments. We accept no responsibility for costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.

5. Travel & Accommodation Disclaimer

The organizer is not responsible for participant travel arrangements, including flights, visas, or related costs.

Participants assume all risks associated with travel, including flight cancellations, delays, or lost luggage.

6. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or limitations at the time of booking.

This retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit to participate.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your safety, behavior, and belongings during the retreat.

The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage to personal property.

7. Code of Conduct

Respect for fellow participants, staff, property, and the natural environment is mandatory.

The use of illegal drugs, excessive alcohol, or behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful will not be tolerated.

The organizer reserves the right to remove participants without refund for breaches of this code of conduct.

8. Release & Waiver of Liability

By registering, participants acknowledge:

1. Participation involves physical activity and potential risk; participants are responsible for their own well-being.

2. They are healthy and fit enough to partake.

3. They waive any claims against the organizer, its team, or affiliates for injury, loss, or damage incurred.

4. This waiver applies to participants, their heirs, and representatives.

9. Intellectual Property & Media

Retreat materials (e.g., manuals, schedules), logos, and program content are the property of the organizer and may not be shared or used commercially without permission.

Participants grant permission for photos/videos taken during the retreat by the organizer to be used for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website).

Participant-created media is for personal use only and must not be shared externally without organizer consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

11. Privacy & Policy Updates

Participants agree to the organizer’s privacy practices regarding their personal information.

The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official retreat website or communicated directly. Participants’ continued use of retreat services implies acceptance of updates.
