What the nine days contain
Each day opens with morning meditation and an easy yoga practice, accessible to complete beginners. Then breakfast together, unhurried and generous.
The morning inquiry session is the heart of the work.
The first days are for taking honest stock: where you actually are in your life, not where you think you should be.
From there the work moves into the mind's patterns, through the challenges you have been carrying, and toward a genuine vision of what comes next.
The long lunch break is time for yourself: for treatments, massage, swimming, reading, or simply sleeping. Afternoons bring group sessions and work in pairs. Bali takes care of the rest.
The group is intentionally small: twelve to fifteen people. Large enough for genuine connection. Small enough that nobody gets lost.

What makes nine days with Sanjeev different from nine days at a wellness resort is not the location or the programme.
It is the quality of attention he brings to every person in the room and the quality of his questions. After more than thirty years of accompanying people through the most significant transitions of their lives, he knows what to look for - and what to ask.
Sanjeev Bhanot grew up in the desert of Rajasthan, where evenings were lit by storytellers rather than screens. He trained as a naturopath and yoga therapist at Delhi University and has spent the decades since taking that understanding into every context imaginable - UN agencies, Olympic teams, clinical settings, corporate boardrooms, and retreat spaces across Europe, Asia, and the United States.
He is the founder of Antastha, a rigorous inner science distilled from more than thirty years of working with people from every walk of life, and of Yogalife International, a teacher training academy he has run for more than twenty-five years across Europe. He collaborates in research with Humboldt University and the Max Planck Institute Berlin. He is a TEDx speaker.

A Day In Bali
Morning Meditation and an easy yoga practice to arrive fully in the body before the day begins. Gentle, accessible, and unhurried.
Breakfast Fresh Balinese and international cuisine, eaten together. One of the best parts of the day.
Morning session The heart of the work. Group inquiry with Sanjeev — honest, warm, and often surprising.
The long lunch Yours entirely. Treatments, massage, swimming, reading, sleeping. Bali takes care of the rest.
Afternoon session Group work, pairs, or time alone — following whatever the morning opened.
Evening Yoga nidra, reflection, and carefully chosen Balinese cultural experiences and temple visits.
